My Interview Experience

“What was really positive about the recruitment experience was how personal it was - from the word go having a phone call with George and then 3 in-person meetings / interviews. This was unlike any other recruitment process I had been through and attracted me to the company because it felt like there was a drive to really get to know candidates and their personalities to get a good fit for the job – rather than simply a tick box exercise.”

I received a phone call from George within days of first applying – already this was a great sign.

Other positives:

·         Not knowing the company at the time of applying meant I was genuinely attracted to the job description, rather than trying to fit my qualifications and interests to a company

·         Liaising interviews (and later my contract) through George rather than directly with my subsequent boss,  made the process less daunting “
